Warranty Period
• The duration of this warranty, which applies
to the country in which you purchased the
product, and the warranty period during
which the guarantor guarantees the
trouble-free operation of the components
covered by this warranty: Slovenia, 12
months from the date of delivery of the
product.
Warranty Coverage
The Philip Morris International Group
company listed under “Customer Support
Center”, will, at its discretion (but without
prejudice to your statutory rights), repair or
replace any component defective in material
or workmanship, provided that it has been
used in accordance with the relevant user
guide and other instructions and documents
supplied with the product and available at
www.iqos.com/lil, and that the warranty
claim is valid. The components covered
by the warranty are the lil SOLID Ez device
and AC power adaptor, which are included
in the lil SOLID Ez sales package or sold as
a stand-alone product. The terms of this
warranty are valid only in the country of
purchase.
Exclusions to warranty
This warranty does not apply to the following:
a) malfunctions and/or damage occurring
after the expiry of the warranty period due to
normal wear and tear or due to the age of the
product;
b) cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents,
cracked plastic) which does not affect the
functionality of the product;
c) damage caused by misuse, voltage fluctuations,
improper handling, contact with liquids or fire;
