d) malfunctions caused by use with an incompatible
product manufactured by Philip Morris
International or any third-party manufacturer

e) damage or malfunctions caused by opening,
modification and repair attempts by the user
or by a service provider not authorised by the
manufacturer

f) damage or malfunctions caused by use other
than in accordance with the associated User
guide
;
g) normal degradation of battery performance
over time, unless the battery malfunction
is due to a defect in material or workmanship.
Batteries are subject to wear and the
deterioration in performance and function
due to age does not constitute a defect
in manufacturing or workmanship and is
therefore excluded from this warranty*;
h) a product containing non-original parts in
whole or in part;
i) a product that has had its identification code
removed or altered.
