identification code. If you decide not to register
the product, you must make sure you have
proof of purchase before submitting a claim. We
may refuse a warranty claim if you do not have
proof of purchase, if it is not authentic or if it is
illegible. If you do not have proof of purchase
or the product is not registered, the company
reserves the right to set the date of manufacture
of the product in question as the start date of
the warranty, in accordance with its records.
Customer’s Responsibilities in Relation
to the Warranty
When you make a claim under this warranty,
you must:
• follow the guarantor’s supporting procedures
(identifying the problem, fixing the problem,
returning the product);
• in the event of a replacement or partial or full
refund, return the malfunctioning product in
accordance with the guarantor’s instructions;
• in the event of a replacement, remove any
customisation accessories you bought
separately from the product before returning
the malfunctioning product.
Deadline for Resolving Complaints and
Consumer Rights
The deadline for resolving a complaint is
30 days, which may be extended by up to a
maximum of 15 days in exceptional cases
where this is necessary to complete the repair,
provided that we inform you of the reasons and
the number of days before the expiry of the
30-day period.
