If the fault is not rectified within the specified
deadline, we will replace the faulty component
free of charge with a new component of the
same type or, if the same component is no
longer available, a functionally equivalent
component. The colour and/or model of the new
component is subject to availability, as far as
permitted by law.
If the component is neither repaired nor
replaced within the deadlines specified,
you can request a full refund or a pro-rata
reduction of the purchase price. However, if the
non-conformity of the component occurs within
less than 30 days of delivery, you can request
a refund of the amount paid. The refund is the
responsibility of the point of sale where you
bought the component.
Other
If you replace a malfunctioning part, any
replacement part becomes your property and
the replaced part becomes the property of the
company that carried out the replacement.

described in the consumer privacy notice on the
website www.pmiprivacy.com.
Additional Statutory Consumer Rights
The rights arising from this warranty are in
addition to and not exclusive of any rights and
remedies provided by the consumer protection
legislation of the country of purchase and arising
from the mandatory guarantee of conformity for
goods, including those arising from the seller’s
liability for defects in goods. In EU Member
States, buyers are legally entitled to enforce their
rights arising from the seller’s liability for defects
in goods existing at the time of delivery, free of
charge, for at least two years. The consumer
has the statutory right to make warranty claims
against the seller free of charge in the event of
non-conformity of the goods.
