About you
Here you can set/change your gender, weight and height. The default settings are Male, 83 kg, and 181 cm.
Set reminders
Enable or disable reminders as pop-up notifications.
If it is supported by the connected product, e.g. the DPG1B, you can enable or disable the light strip as a
reminder function.

Change challenge
Here you can select between the three standard challenges, or you can define a personal challenge. Press/click
“Customized challenge” and set your goals for standing/sitting by pressing/clicking the up/down arrows. When
finished, press/click “Done” and then “Save”.
