Rear Window Buffeting
When just one of the windows is open, you may hear a pulsing noise. Lower the
opposite window until the noise subsides.
Location of Spare Tire and Tools
Your spare tire and tools are in the spare tire storage compartment under the
load floor. A dissimilar spare tire is designed for emergency use only and should
be replaced as soon as possible. For complete details on changing your tire,
refer to Changing a Road Wheel section in the Wheels and Tires chapter of the
Owner’s Manual.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System
The tire pressure monitoring system allows you to view the tire pressure readings
through the information display. When one or more of your tires are under-
inflated, the low tire pressure warning light in the information display turns on. If
this happens, stop and check your tires as soon as possible. Inflate them to the
proper pressure. Refer to the Tire Pressure Monitoring System section in the
Wheels and Tires chapter of your Owner’s Manual for more information.
Opening the Hood
To open the hood, open the driver door and fully pull the hood release lever in
the left-hand foot-well and allow the lever to fully retract. Then, pull and release a
second time to fully release the hood. There is no lever under the hood required
to release the hood latch.
