How do I troubleshoot no control box cooling on my Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE Convection Oven?
    • M
      Michelle WilliamsonAug 25, 2025
If there's no control box cooling in your Lincoln Convection Oven, start by checking the main circuit breakers and reset them if required. If problems persist, call the power company. Also, check the 15 Amp fuse and fuse holder, replacing them if necessary. Check the continuity between the main oven switch terminals. Ensure 120 VAC is at the cooling fan motor. If voltage is present but the motor doesn’t turn, with the power off, check the motors for shorts or opens and check for a locked rotor. Replace the fan if necessary.

Why does the flame go out on my Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE?
    • A
      Anna KelleyAug 27, 2025
If the flame on your Lincoln Convection Oven won't stay on, the ignition control keeps the gas control valves energized for 6 seconds. The hot surface igniter must sense a flame within this time, requiring a minimum of 0.8 micro-amps D.C., or the ignition control will go into lockout. If you detect a flame for only the 6-second trial, check the flame sensing operation. If there is sufficient micro-amp current and the 120VAC polarity is correct but the flame will not stay lit, check for proper ground connection for the ignition control. If ground is good, replace the ignition control.

What to do if there is no automatic control box cooling in my Lincoln Convection Oven?
    • C
      Courtney LandryAug 31, 2025
If there's no automatic control box cooling on your Lincoln Convection Oven, check the circuit breakers and reset them if required. If issues persist, contact the power company. Also, check the 15 Amp fuse and fuse holder, replacing them if necessary. Check the cooling fan thermostat, which closes at 120°F and opens at 100°F. With the thermostat preheated, check for continuity; if the switch is open, replace it. Ensure 120 VAC is at the cooling fan motor. If voltage is present, with the power off, check for a locked rotor and check the motor for shorts, opens, or grounds.

Why does the conveyor on my Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE Convection Oven run, but there is no speed control?
    • L
      Lance JuarezSep 3, 2025
If the conveyor runs but there's no speed control on your Lincoln Convection Oven, and there is voltage supplied to the hall effect sensor, check for frequency output from the hall effect sensor. Measure frequency across the yellow and white wires at the motor connector. Frequency readings should be between 25 – 500 Hz. If these readings are not achieved, replace the conveyor motor. If the hall effect sensor readings are correct but there is no speed indicated on the display, replace the oven control.

Why does my Lincoln Convection Oven have intermittent heating issues?
    • C
      Crystal CarterSep 9, 2025
The main fan motors and the burner blower motors in the Lincoln Convection Oven are equipped with internal thermal protection and will cease to operate if overheating occurs. As the motors overheat and then cool, this will cause the units to cycle on and off intermittently. Improper ventilation or improper maintenance may cause this. Also, most of the problems listed under “oven will not heat” can cause intermittent failure.

How to troubleshoot a Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE fan that will not run?
    • H
      Heidi CastilloNov 13, 2025
If the Lincoln Convection Oven fan isn't running, start by checking the breakers and resetting them if necessary. Ensure the power plug is firmly in the receptacle and measure the incoming power. If needed, call the power company. Also, check the 15 Amp fuse, fuse holder, and main oven switch, replacing them if necessary. For the time delay relay, check for 120 VAC to the relay coil; if no voltage is present, trace the wiring back to the oven power switch. If voltage is present, ensure the contacts are closing. For the time delay, 120 VAC is permanently supplied; if no voltage is present, trace the wiring back to the fuse and incoming power. The neutral side of the time delay coil is switched by the time delay relay. When enabled, it supplies 120 VAC to the coil of the main fan relay. For ...

Why is my Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE Convection Oven not heating up?
    • R
      Richard JenkinsNov 16, 2025
If your Lincoln Convection Oven isn't heating, first check the manual gas valves and flexible gas line connection to ensure adequate gas supply. For natural gas, the supply should be a minimum of 7 inches W.C., and for LP gas, it should be a minimum of 11 inches W.C. If the main fan isn't operating, refer to the troubleshooting steps for 'oven fan will not run'. Check for 120 VAC supplied to the centrifugal switch of the main fan motor; if no voltage is present, trace the wiring back to the oven power switch. Check for 120 VAC out of the centrifugal switch; if voltage is supplied to the switch and the motor is running but there is no voltage out, replace the fan motor. If there's no 120 VAC to the burner blower motor, trace the wiring back to the oven power switch. If 120 VAC is present bu...

What to do if the conveyor belt on my Lincoln Impinger 3270 CE won't run?
    • W
      William GutierrezNov 20, 2025
If the conveyor of your Lincoln Convection Oven isn't running, begin by checking the incoming voltage supply at line 1 to neutral; it should read 120VAC. If not present, check the breakers. Also, inspect and replace the 15 Amp fuse and fuse holder if needed. Check the continuity between the main fan switch terminals. For the oven control transformer, check for supply voltage to the primary. If no voltage is present, trace the wiring back to the main oven switch. If voltage is present, check for 24VAC at the transformer secondary. If there is primary voltage but no secondary voltage, replace the transformer. If secondary voltage is present, proceed. Check for continuity between the conveyor reversing switch terminals and replace the switch as needed. Check for supply voltage to the conveyor...
