  If the DVR tagging feature in your Linear Corporation IP Access Controllers system isn’t taking you to the correct time in the video, it's likely because the DVR and e3 systems aren't properly time-synchronized. To resolve this, ensure that the time settings on both the e3 system and the DVR match. For optimal accuracy, synchronize both devices to the same NTP server.
