Troubleshooting
I cannot control the gimbal using the remote.
The connection between the gimbal stabilizer and remote control has been lost.
Make sure both the stabilizer and remote control are turned off.
Start by turning on the gimbal stabilizer by holding the Stabilizer on/off button for 4
seconds. Next, press and hold the Rotation button on the remote control. Keep pressing
the button whilst also pressing and holding the remote control on/off button. The remote
control and stabilizer pair automatically.
The phone holder orientation doesn’t change, and the sele stick emits a
beeping sound when I press the rotation button on the remote.
The phone holder lock is engaged. To unlock the phone holder, twist the phone holder
clockwise gently until the lock releases.
Safety information
This product contains a rechargeable Li-po battery that cannot be replaced. To avoid
damaging the battery, charge the product once every 3 months during extended periods
of storage.
Never attempt to disassemble the product. Repairs should only be performed by a
qualied technician. By repairing it yourself there is a risk of electric shock and/or short
circuit.
Not suited for use by children under 14 years old.
Keep the product away from moisture, water, high temperatures, and direct and strong
sunlight.
