Carefully follow instructions:

consistent results, please use the Wave Medical Prod-
ucts Body Composition Smart Scale during the same
time each day and under the same conditions.
Please avoid measurements:
During or immediately after strenuous exercise
Immediately after a shower, bath or sauna
After heavy alcohol consumption
During or immediately after engorgement
If you have a fever
