LCI Italy reserves the right to change product design features,
size, technical features. materials and/or nishing
at any time and without notice.

Defects which are not due to manufacturing failure:
Defects not due to manufacturing failures must be communicated to LCI Italy no later than ten days after receiving the
goods and however within the terms and duration of the aforementioned warranty (24 months).
The defect communication must include a detailed report, specifying:
- How the defect happened to appear;
- Causes of the defect;
- Exact indication of the production number printed on the step label
- Pictures of the defect material.
Communication modality: Communication of failures and/or defects must be carried out as follows:
- Or, alternatively, by registered post to the address: Via Etruria 1 - 50026 San Casciano in Val di Pesa (FI).
LCI Italy commit themselves to reply within ve days after receiving the communication.
In case of acknowledgement of manufacturing defect or product defect, LCI Italy will directly repair and/or replace the
the damaged components. In case of non-acknowledgement of the defect and/of failure, the customer who sent the good
must refund any transport costs paid for returning the goods by LCI Italy with a credit note to: LCI Italy S.r.l. - Via Etruria 1
- 50026 San Casciano in Val di Pesa (FI) - Italy.
Applicable law: This agreement is governed by the Italian law (civil code and existing Italian law, in accordance with article
4 of the Rome Convention of 1980.
Court: In case of disputes, the court of Florence (Italy) is competent, in accordance to the 44/2001/CE Regulation.Vizi non
