The washing machine has an error detection system with a combination of wash cycle
indicators. The most common error codes are listed in the table below.
FAULT CODE POSSIBLE FAULT ACTION REQUIRED
E01
The machine door is not properly
closed.
Close the door properly until you hear a click. If
the machine continues to indicate a fault, turn
o the machine and unplug it, then immediately
contact your local authorised technician.
E02
The water pressure or level inside the
machine may be too low.
Make sure the tap is fully open. The mains water
supply may be cut o. If the problem persists, the
machine will automatically stop after a certain
time. Unplug the machine, turn o the tap and
contact your local authorised technician.
E03
The pump or the pump's electrical
connection is faulty or the drain pump
lter is clogged.
Clean the drain pump lter. If the problem
persists, contact the nearest authorised
technician.(*)
E04
The machine contains too much water.
The machine will automatically drain the water.
Once the water is drained, turn o the machine
and unplug it. Turn o the tap and contact your
local authorised technician.
