How to prevent false SOS alerts on LiveLife Mobile Alarm with GPS Security System?
    • S
      Sarah LeeJul 31, 2025
A false SOS alert on your LiveLife Security System can occur if the wearer inadvertently presses the SOS button by leaning against something, holding an object up to their chest, or incorrectly trying to turn off the device. To prevent this, be more aware of the device and its SOS button. Adjust how the device is worn or handled, and consider using a shorter lanyard or necklace.

What to do if LiveLife Mobile Alarm with GPS Security System Fall Alert did not work when wearer suffered fall?
    • M
      Michael LucasAug 5, 2025
If the wearer suffered a fall, but the Fall Alert on the LiveLife Security System didn't activate, it could be because the fall didn't meet the device's criteria for a serious fall. The device is designed for significant falls, and specific conditions must be met, such as falling from a required height or speed. Also, the fall detection is designed for when the fall has probably caused unconsciousness. Please read the info on page 10 about the fall criteria the device uses. You can also ask about changing sensitivity.

What to do if contact didn't receive help text/call after LiveLife Security System SOS activation?
    • K
      Karen MartinAug 9, 2025
If a contact didn't receive a help text or call after the SOS was activated on your LiveLife Security System, first check the device's mobile connection. Ensure the contact's phone is on and within range. Verify that the SOS help texts or calls weren't accidentally cancelled. Also, check if the device has enough prepaid credit; if not, only 911 will work. Finally, confirm that the contact number programmed into the device is correct. You can also test the contact’s number, and do a status check.

Why is the GPS location incorrect on Google map for LiveLife Mobile Alarm with GPS Security System?
    • A
      alexander33Aug 13, 2025
If your LiveLife Security System's GPS location is incorrect on Google Maps, it might be because the GPS was inactive during activation or the 'loc' text. It could also be that the GPS couldn't detect satellites at the time, relied on the last known position, or the device hasn't been used outside before. To resolve this, try waking up the GPS by moving the device, taking it outside, or placing it near a window. For the first use, leave the device outside for about ten minutes.

Why is there distortion or poor sound quality when speaking to the wearer of LiveLife Security System?
    • J
      jeremy58Aug 17, 2025
If you're experiencing distortion or poor sound quality when speaking to someone using the LiveLife Security System, it could be due to several reasons. The device might not be worn properly, causing feedback. The contact's phone and the device could be too close to each other. The wearer might be accidentally holding down the Sidetalk button, or the device is being used in a windy or noisy environment. Also, the microphone might need cleaning. To fix this, ensure the device is worn around the neck, maintain a distance of at least 30 meters between devices, avoid pressing the button during calls, move to a quieter location, and carefully clean the microphone hole.

Why does LiveLife Mobile Alarm with GPS device seem to be using prepaid credit too quickly?
    • R
      Rita MurphyAug 21, 2025
If your LiveLife Security System device seems to be using prepaid credit too quickly, it could be because the wearer is frequently using the Side talk button or making long calls. Another reason could be that contacts are sending 'loc' commands often, which use credit for SMS replies. To address this, educate the wearer about the cost of calls made using the Side talk button and suggest that contacts reduce their use of 'loc' SMS commands. Alternatively, you can add more prepaid credit to the device.

Why does LiveLife Security System not seem to be charging or charge not lasting?
    • J
      Justin JamesAug 27, 2025
If your LiveLife Security System device doesn't seem to be charging or the charge isn't lasting long, ensure the device is correctly placed in the charging station; a bright red LED should appear, and the device should vibrate once. Also, make sure the charging station is plugged into a power source. If the device is worn and moved frequently throughout the day, its battery may only last 18-20 hours. To maintain battery life, recharge the device for at least one hour daily and perform a status check to assess the battery condition.
