Preparation:

Please read instructions thoroughly before assembly. Familiarize yourself with the inventory of parts and the accompanying illustration

to assure safe and proper assembly.

• Remove all parts from packaging. Examine all packing material before discarding, shortages may occur from parts left in the packing

material. Check the parts quantity mentioned on the parts list.

• Spread out parts on a soft level surface to avoid scratching the parts.

• Assemble the item on a soft, non-abrasive surface to avoid damage to the item. Item is heavy. Use care when handling.

• May require two adults for safe assembly.

• Keep children away from assembly area.

Function Description

The gazebo is designed to provide a sheltered outdoor space, specifically for grilling, offering protection from the elements. The structure is intended for outdoor use only and includes provisions for securing it to the ground.

Important Technical Specifications

Lighting: Integrated LED Lights (4 units, batteries not included)
Canopy Material: Fire retardant fabric, meeting CPAI-84 specifications for flame resistance. It is important to note that the fabric is not fireproof and will burn if in continuous contact with a heat source. Application of foreign substances can render the flame-resistant properties ineffective.
Frame Material: Metal surfaces are protected with a powder-coating process to prevent rust. However, rusting is a normal occurrence when iron is exposed to the elements and is not covered under warranty.
Assembly: Requires two adults for safe assembly.
Security: Includes 4 stakes to secure the gazebo to the ground. For wood decks or concrete surfaces, 4 anchors (not included) suited to those surfaces should be used.
Weather Resistance: The gazebo's roof and structure are not guaranteed against extreme weather conditions (storms, high winds, etc.). It is recommended to dismantle the gazebo for the winter season.

Usage Features

Outdoor Use Only: The gazebo is strictly for outdoor use.
Level Ground Installation: Must be installed on level ground.
Safety Clearance: Should be located at least 6 feet (2 m) from any obstructions like fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.
Canopy Tensioning: Always ensure the roof canvas is tensioned to prevent water accumulation. Accumulated water should be removed immediately, or the gazebo disassembled to avoid damage.
LED Lighting: Provides illumination for evening use. Batteries for the LED lights are not included and must be matched into the sockets.
Shelving and Hook Rack: Includes shelving (2 units) and a hook rack (1 unit) for convenience, likely for holding grilling tools or accessories.
Permits: Users are advised to check state and local regulations prior to purchasing, as some jurisdictions may require permits for installation and use.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning Frame: Before using, the gazebo frame should be cleaned completely with a dry towel.
Frame Finish Maintenance: To maintain the frame finish, a fine automotive wax should be applied after each cleaning. Solvent-type cleaning solutions should not be used.
Canopy Care: Keep all flame and heat sources away from the gazebo fabric.
Weather Protection: The gazebo should be put away during heavy snow or strong gales to avoid damage.
Winter Storage: It is recommended to dismantle the gazebo for the winter season.

Warranty Information

Limited One Year Warranty: Covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and proper care.
Missing/Defective Parts: Replacement of missing or initially defective parts will be sent at no charge for 10 days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer and retailer are not responsible for missing parts and/or hardware after 10 days.
Exclusions:
- Freight and packaging charges to and from the customer service center.
- Labor or material charges to remove or replace parts.
- Floor sample sales or clearance sales.
- Furniture used for commercial purposes.
- Failures caused by improper care, unreasonable or abusive use, modification or alteration, freeze damage, acts of nature, rust (normal occurrence), fabric stains, ripping or fading, purchased parts.
- Return freight and packaging charges.
Proof of Purchase: A dated register receipt is required for warranty claims.
