Tips for Ideal Toasting Results:
- Different types of bread (e.g., dry, fresh, whole grain) require different darkness settings due to varying moisture content.
- Use a lower setting for slightly dry bread and a higher setting for fresh or whole grain bread.
- Irregularly surfaced bread may require a higher setting.
- Thick bread slices may need more time or even a second toasting cycle.
- Remove raisins from raisin bread before toasting to prevent burning.
- When toasting only one slice, select a low toast darkness setting.
- Subsequent toasting cycles may result in darker toast at the same setting.
- Use the "thaw" button for frozen bread or waffles.
