  4. Lower the Head: Press the mixer head down by turning button "6" in an anti-clockwise direction until it locks.
  5. Anti-Projection Cover: An anti-projection cover with an opening can be added if desired to prevent splattering during operation.

Mixing and Kneading Dough:

  • For dough, a suggested flour to liquid ratio is 5:3.
  • The dough hook or mixer beater should be used.
  • Start mixing at speed 1 for 10 seconds, then increase to speed 2 for another 10 seconds, and finally to speed 3 for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Ensure that the maximum quantity of flour (1500g) is not exceeded when filling the bowl.
  • The maximum operation time for kneading should not exceed 10 minutes.
  • Once mixing is complete, turn the speed selector to "O" (off) position and unplug the appliance.

Whipping Egg Whites or Cream:

  • The egg beater should be used for this function.
  • Switch on to speed 4 and gradually increase to speed 6. Whip egg whites continuously for a minimum of 5 minutes, adjusting based on the size of the eggs.
  • For whipped cream, whip 250ml of fresh cream at speeds 4 to 6 for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl when filling with milk, cream, or other ingredients.
  • The maximum operation time for whipping should not exceed 15 minutes.
  • After whipping, turn the speed selector to "O" and unplug the appliance.

Mixing Shakes, Cocktails, or Other Liquids:

  • The mixer beater is recommended for this task.
  • Mix ingredients according to the recipe, using speeds 1 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
  • The maximum operation time for mixing liquids should not exceed 15 minutes.

Cookery Tips:

  • For best results, refrigerated ingredients like butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing.
  • Always begin mixing at a lower speed and gradually increase to the recommended speed.

Maintenance Features:

Proper cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of the Livoo Stand Mixer.

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Main Unit: The main unit of the stand mixer should never be immersed in water or any other liquid. It should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
  • Removable Parts: The mixing bowl, accessories (whisk, beater, dough hook), and the anti-projection cover can be immersed in warm soapy water for cleaning. After washing, they should be rinsed under running water and wiped dry.
  • Dishwasher Use: None of the parts of this appliance are suitable for dishwasher use.
