Instructions for Model 2011 X with USB extension
1. If you have a combination lock, it is easier to set the
combination before installing the safe.
2. Open console and remove rubber pad in the floor of console.
3. There are 4 screws holding down the console, remove all four.
4. Put the lid assembly in as shown in Fig 1, turn and pull up to top.
5. Put in right side plate sliding it under USB cable and attach nuts.
6. put in left side plate and attach nuts.
7. Put in rear piece and put screw in left rear console screw hole.
8. Put in front panel and attach to left front screw hole.
9. Finally place connector strap between front and rear plates and
tighten all fasteners.

Pre-Installation

Setting the combination lock before installing the safe is recommended for easier operation.

Console Preparation

Remove the rubber pad and all four screws holding down the console for installation access.

Lid Assembly Installation

Insert the lid assembly as shown in Fig 1, then turn and pull up to the top position.

Side Plate Installation

Install the right and left side plates, sliding them under the USB cable and attaching nuts.

Rear and Front Panel Installation

Place the rear piece and front panel, securing them to the console screw holes.

Final Fastening

Connect the front and rear plates with the connector strap and tighten all fasteners securely.

Top Assembly

The main lid section of the safe, featuring the lock mechanism.

Side Plates

Left and right metal plates that form the sides of the safe unit.

Front and Rear Panels

The front and rear metal pieces that enclose the safe.

Front-Rear Connector

A connecting strap or bar to secure the front and rear panels together.
