How to fix a LOCO COOKERS Fryer when the burner won't light?
    • D
      Daniel PatrickJul 30, 2025
If the burner on your LOCO COOKERS Fryer won't light, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the regulator coupling nut is fully tightened on the LP tank valve to establish a good connection. Check if the LP tank is empty and refill it at an authorized dealer if needed. Make sure you press and hold the ignition button for 30 seconds while lighting the burner. Verify that the battery is installed correctly, with the + end toward the battery cap. A weak or dead battery can also prevent ignition, so replace it with a new alkaline AAA battery. Finally, ensure the battery cap is correctly installed by unscrewing and reinstalling it, making sure the threads are aligned.

What to do if the oil in my LOCO COOKERS LCTFKESB30 isn't reaching the desired cooking temperature?
    • W
      William JohnsonAug 9, 2025
If the oil in your LOCO COOKERS Fryer isn't reaching the desired cooking temperature, consider these possible causes. Ensure that the turkey is fully thawed and towel-dried before frying, as frying a frozen or partially frozen turkey can lower the oil temperature. Check that the regulator control valve is fully opened by rotating it clockwise. Also, the Overfill Protection Device (OPD) on the LP tank might have been activated. To reset it, turn off the regulator control valve and the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator from the LP tank, wait one minute, then reconnect and fully open the LP tank valve.

Why does the burner on my LOCO COOKERS LCTFKESB30 keep going out?
    • A
      Amanda FloresAug 17, 2025
The burner on your LOCO COOKERS Fryer might not stay lit due to a couple of reasons. Excessive wind conditions can extinguish the flame, so when the appliance is cool, move it to a location with less wind and relight the burner. Also, the Smart Temp heat sensor may have extinguished the flame because of excessive oil temperature. In this case, turn off the regulator control valve and the LP tank valve, allow the oil to cool, and then relight the burner.
