English Troubleshooting. My keyboard does not work:
1) The keyboard cable must be plugged into the computer’s keyboard
PS/2 port and NOT the mouse PS/2 port. 2) If the keyboard still
does not work, turn off the computer and then turn it back on.
3) Install the software and make sure it is running.
Español Resolución de problemas. El teclado no responde:
1) El cable del teclado debe estar conectado al puerto de teclado PS/2
del ordenador y NO al puerto PS/2 de ratón. 2) Si el teclado
sigue sin funcionar, apague el ordenador y vuelva a encenderlo.
3) Instale el software y asegúrese de que está en ejecución.
Français Dépannage. Mon clavier ne fonctionne pas:
1) Le câble du clavier doit être branché sur le port PS/2 pour clavier
de l'ordinateur et NON sur le port PS/2 pour souris. 2) Si le clavier ne
fonctionne toujours pas, éteignez l'ordinateur et allumez-le de nouveau.
3) Installez le logiciel et assurez-vous qu'il est exécuté.
Português Solução de problemas. Meu teclado não funciona:
1) O cabo do teclado deve ser plugado na porta de teclado PS/2
do computador e NÃO na porta PS/2 do mouse. 2) Se ainda assim
o teclado não funcionar, desligue o computador e ligue-o novamente.
3) Instale o software e verifique se está sendo executado.
