Instructions:
SHOOTING
The Diana Flash+ will automatically re in sync with your camera’s shutter
release. Its eective range is as follows:
Diana F+ Camera, Fisheye 2, and other cameras with aperture settings of f/8 or
smaller:
• 100 ISO Film: 3–6 feet (1–2 meters)
• 400 ISO Film: 6–10 feet (2–3 meters)
Lomo LC-A+ Camera and other cameras with aperture settings of f/2.8 to f/4:
• 100 ISO Film: 6–10 feet (2–3 meters)
• 400 ISO Film: 12–15 feet (3–4 meters)
You can use the included color gels to shoot a burst of tinted light at your
subject. Merely slide a single plastic color gel into the Color Gel Slot [6] on the
right side of the ash element’s circular cover. Please note that darker colors,
especially red and purple will block a signicant amount of light and reduce the
ash’s eective range. You will need to get closer when using them. Your Diana
Flash+ should recycle (re-charge for the next shot) within about 6–10 seconds. If
it’s taking much longer than this, then it’s time for a new battery.
