If the fuel is old or bad, drain the tank and carburetor, then refuel with fresh gasoline. Inspect the spark plugs for faults, fouling, or incorrect gaps; gap or replace them as needed. If the spark plugs are wet, dry and reinstall them, then start the engine with the throttle lever in the FAST position.
