2. Disassembly/reassembly
·Before assembly, loosen the drain screw and drain the carburetor completely and
keep heat, spark and flame away.
Throttle stop screw
Fuel valve lever
Strainer cup
Reassembly: wash with
cleaning oil, then install.
Float

Pilot screw
Reassembly:
Check the screw head for
wear or damage before
installing.
Main nozzle
Reassembly:
Blow out the passage using
compressed air and install.
Main jet
Reassembly:
Blow out the passage using
compressed air and install.
Float pin

Reassembly:
Check for smooth
movement by finger
after installing
Choke lever
Carburetor body
Reassembly:
Blow out the passage using
compressed air and install.
Float valve
Reassembly:
Check for worn end of float
valve and spring operation
before installation
O-ring
Reassembly:
Check whether it is
correctly installed in the
groove.
Set bolt
Check for fuel leakage after
installation.
Fuel drain bolt
Check for fuel leakage after
installation.
