CAUTION!
Prior
to
engine
start,
check
whether
the
gear-change
lever
is set to its
neutral
.
Release the brakes.
2. Release the main
clutch
pedal
gradually
and speed engine up by
depress-
ing the
accele
rator pedal.
3.
While
operating
the
tractor
watch
instrument
panel
gauges
.
Stopping the
tractor
and the engine
1.
Slow
down engine speed.
2.
Disengage th e
clutch
and step on the brake pedals.
3.
After
the
tractor
has stopped, move
gearshift
lever to neutral. Release
clutch pedal and
lock
the brakes.
4. Let engine run for a few minutes at low
idling
speed to cool
water
and oil
temperature
down
.
5. Cut
off
fuel supply by moving
forward
injec
tion
pump
control lever and
pulling
starting
aid
button
out.
6.
Turn
contact
key to
0-position
.
PUTTING A NEW TRACTOR INTO OPERATION

pre-delivery
inspection
and a running-in
period
before being put into
operation
