Place the drive band behind the
footman and snap the nylon cup
over the ball bearing on the wheel.
It is easy if you hold the footman
in an angle while you push it on
(this also helps when you take it
off).
Secure the connection by pushing
the ring towards the edge of the
cup.
The slanting position of the lazy kate can be adjusted after you unscrew the
screws slightly at the base. Be sure to fasten the screws again.
