The Lucci Airfusion Slipstream DC Ceiling Fan is a versatile and energy-efficient ceiling fan designed for both indoor and alfresco areas, provided the alfresco area is fully undercover with a minimum of two walls. It is not waterproof and requires protection from water, wind, dust, and salt in outdoor installations to maintain warranty validity and prevent damage or electrical shock.

Function Description:

The Airfusion Slipstream is a DC (Direct Current) ceiling fan that provides air circulation and can optionally include a light source. It is controlled by a remote, offering various settings for fan speed, natural wind mode, reverse control, and light operation. The fan features a memory function, allowing it to recall the last status of the fan or light when turned on after being isolated.

Mounting Requirements:
- The structure to which the fan is mounted must support a minimum weight of 21 kg.
- Blades must be at least 2.3 meters above the floor.
- The fan hanging system supports a maximum 6-degree angled ceiling installation.
- Bracket screws provided are for wooden structures only; appropriate screws must be used for other materials.
Electrical Installation: Must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician. An all-pole disconnection switch must be incorporated into the fixed wiring according to local rules.

Usage Features:

Remote Control: The fan is operated via a remote control that includes:
- Reverse control: For seasonal use (e.g., pushing warm air down in winter).
- Natural wind mode: An automatic fan speed cycle between 1 to 6 speeds.
- Speed control: Allows adjustment of fan speed.
- Light On/Off: Controls the integrated light.
- Fan On/Off: Turns the fan on or off.
- 3-Step Dimming: The light offers 15%, 50%, and 100% brightness settings.
Pairing Remote and Receiver:
- For a single fan: After installation, turn off the mains supply, install batteries in the remote, then turn on the power. Within 30 seconds, press and hold the "power" button on the remote for 3-5 seconds. A "beep" confirms successful pairing.
- For multiple fans:
  - To control multiple fans with one remote: Ensure all fan wall switches are ON and follow the single-fan pairing process.
  - To control multiple fans with individual remotes: Ensure only the fan to be paired has its wall switch ON. After pairing, turn that fan's switch OFF and proceed to the next fan.
- An isolation switch is required for each DC ceiling fan when multiple fans are installed in one location for individual remote programming.
Safety Precautions:
- Not suitable for children under 8 years old without supervision.
- Do not run the motor without blades installed.
- If using an extension down rod, use the light kit extension cable (J).
- If no lamp is required, install the bottom cover (O); if a lamp is required, install the lamp (N).
- In case of unusual wobbling, immediately stop use and contact a qualified person.
- Battery safety: Keep new and used batteries away from children, do not ingest, use 2 x AAA batteries with correct polarity, disconnect from mains during battery changes, remove batteries during long periods of disuse, and dispose of exhausted batteries safely.

Maintenance Features:

Periodic Cleaning: Every 6 months, clean the fan with a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the paint finish. Always turn off power at the mains switch before cleaning.
Avoid Liquids: Do not soak or immerse the fan in water or other liquids to prevent damage or electrical shock.
No Organic Solvents: Ensure the fan does not come into contact with organic solvents or cleaners.
Lubrication: The motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings, so no oiling is required.
Wobble Reduction: Ceiling fans naturally move slightly due to rubber grommet mounting. If excessive, check all mounting bracket and down rod screws for security. A balancing kit is provided for initial balancing and can be used for re-balancing if needed.
Noise: Occasional small noises are normal, especially at night, and may be influenced by power fluctuations. A 24-hour "settling-in" period is recommended for new fans as most noises disappear during this time. Noise is not considered a product fault and is not covered under warranty.
