18. Does meter indicate −43 to −56 volts?

YES,
then proceed to Step

NO,
then continue with Step

19. Replace
RCU
and repeat from Step
7.
20. On
RCU
at
+20HZA
jack and
GND
jack [Figure 1], measure DC positive ring-
ing.
Requirement: Meter indicates between 50 and 60 volts
21. Condition DMM to measure AC volts. Measure AC positive ringing at same
jacks (
+20HZA
and
GND
).
Requirement: Meter indicates between 90 and 110 volts.
22. Did meter indicate as required in Step
20
and Step
21
?
If
YES,
then proceed to Step
24.
If
NO,
then continue with Step
23.
23. Replace
RCU
and repeat from Step
7.
24. Have both
+20HZA
and
+20HZB
jacks been tested?
If
YES,
then
STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE
If
NO,
then continue with Step
25.
25. Condition DMM to measure DC volts and repeat from Step
20
for
+20HZB
jack.
