nected properly.
14. Is wiring present and connected properly?

YES,
then proceed to Step

NO,

15. Resolve problems through local procedures. Repeat procedure from Step

16. Is system being equipped with FTTH (Fiber-To-The-Home) feature?

YES,
then continue with Step
