10. Turn on each power shelf DC circuit breaker and verify that they
do not trip. If a circuit breaker does trip, cabinet wiring trouble
must be cleared before continuing.
11. Turn off AC circuit breaker and verify

Replace unit if indicator does not light.
12. If the power shelf powers an RT dual channel bank, continue with
