This document describes the Lugia Fit+ Treadmill Loopband, a fitness device designed for indoor use.
Function Description
The Lugia Fit+ Treadmill Loopband is a treadmill designed for indoor exercise. It allows users to walk or run in place, providing a convenient way to stay active. The treadmill is controlled via a remote, which enables users to adjust the speed and switch between different display modes. It is important to ensure proper air circulation indoors when using the product. For safety, a safety key cable should be clamped to clothing to ensure an immediate shutdown in case of emergency.

Getting Started:
- Plug the power supply into a wall socket.
- Use the remote controller to start the treadmill.
- The remote controller allows you to:
- Increase speed (using the '+' button).
- Decrease speed (using the '-' button).
- Stop/resume the treadmill (using the play/pause button).
- Turn the treadmill on/off (using the power button).
- Switch between different display modes (using the 'M' button).
Safety Warnings:
- The treadmill is for indoor use only to prevent damage from dampness. Do not splash water on the machine.
- Wear appropriate sportswear and sneakers during exercise. Moving or stretching barefoot is strictly forbidden.
- Keep children away from the machine to avoid accidents.
- Avoid prolonged overload operation to prevent damage to the motor and controller, and to reduce wear and aging of bearings. Regular maintenance is crucial.
- Turn off the power after each use.
- Ensure good indoor air circulation when operating the treadmill.
- During movement, attach the safety key cable to your clothing for an emergency shutdown.
- If you experience discomfort or abnormal feelings during use, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
- Silicone oil, if used, must be stored out of reach of children to prevent ingestion.
- Before each use, check that your clothing is properly secured and not worn or aged. Perform regular maintenance.
- Do not wear loose clothing that could easily get caught in the machine.
- Keep the power cord away from hot objects.
- Do not use the machine outdoors.
- Always cut off power before moving the machine.
- Non-professionals should not disassemble the machine without authorization, as this may lead to serious consequences.
- Only one person should be on the machine when it is running.
- If you experience dizziness, chest pain, nausea, or shortness of breath during exercise, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Maintenance Features
1. Lubrication:
Regular lubrication of the running belt is essential for the treadmill's longevity. Use the special lubrication oil provided. The recommended lubrication schedule is:
- Less than 3 hours per week: Lubricate once every 5 months.
- 4-7 hours per week: Lubricate once every 2 months.
- More than 7 hours per week: Lubricate once every month.
- Note: Do not apply excessive oil at one time.
2. Checking for Lubrication Need:
To determine if lubrication is needed, grasp the running belt and touch the back central area as much as possible.
- If there is silicone oil on the belt (or it feels slightly wet), no lubrication is needed.
- If the running board feels dry and there is no silicone oil on your hand, you need to add oil and lubricate the running board.
Lubrication Process:
Measure the center position of the running belt (refer to the provided figure in the manual) and spray silicone oil on the inside of the running belt. After applying the oil, run the treadmill at a speed of 1km to evenly spread the silicone oil. Lightly move the running belt from left to right. After approximately one minute, the silicone oil will be absorbed by the running belt.
3. Deviation Adjustment of Running Belt:
All treadmills are adjusted for running belt deviation before leaving the factory. However, deviation may occur over time due to:
- The main part not being placed stably.
- The user's feet not being centered on the running belt during exercise.
- Uneven force applied by the user's feet.
Deviations caused by human factors usually self-correct after several minutes of no-load operation. For deviations that do not self-correct, adjust the belt adjusting screw by half a turn (refer to the specific operation shown in the drawing in the manual).
Important Note on Adjustment:
When adjusting the running belt, do not overtighten it, as this can cause slipping. An overtightened running belt will accelerate its aging, increase the motor load, and shorten the bearing's service life.
