What to do if the hose lines of my Lukas HP 25/ T700R Industrial Equipment cannot be coupled?
    • S
      Susan Rivera DDSAug 3, 2025
If the hose lines cannot be coupled, it may be because they are pressurised, in which case you should set the hydraulic pump to pressureless circulation. Alternatively, the coupling may be defective and must be replaced immediately.

Why is my Lukas HP 25/ T700R Industrial Equipment cylinder not applying the specified force?
    • R
      Roger SkinnerAug 6, 2025
If the cylinder isn't applying the specified force, it could be due to insufficient hydraulic fluid in the pump. In this case, top up the hydraulic fluid and deaerate the system. Another cause could be that the pressure supply is too low. If possible, increase the maximum operating pressure on the hydraulic unit to the cylinder's maximum operating pressure, or use another hydraulic unit with sufficient maximum operating pressure. If neither of these solutions work, remove the cylinder from service and have it repaired.

What to do if there is a leak in the couplings of my Lukas Industrial Equipment?
    • J
      John ThomasAug 11, 2025
If there is a leak in the couplings, it means the coupling is defective and must be replaced immediately.

What to do if the piston on the cylinder of my Lukas HP 25/ T700R is not retracting?
    • M
      Madison ValdezAug 15, 2025
If the piston is not retracting, the quick-stop function may be active. Try letting the cylinder piston extend a little, then let it retract slowly. If this doesn't work, remove the cylinder from service and have it repaired.

How to deal with damage on the surface of the hydraulic hose lines of my Lukas Industrial Equipment?
    • G
      georgelisaAug 19, 2025
Damage to the surface of hydraulic hose lines is caused by mechanical damage or contact with aggressive agents. The solution is to replace the hoses.

    David PhillipsAug 25, 2025
Why does the cylinder piston of my Lukas HP 25/ T700R move slowly or jerkily when activated?
    • R
      rbakerAug 25, 2025
If the cylinder piston moves slowly or jerkily when activated, it could be due to air in the hydraulic system. In this case, deaerate the pump system. Alternatively, the cylinder may need repair, so remove it from service and have it repaired.

What causes hydraulic fluid leaks on the piston rod of my Lukas Industrial Equipment?
    • J
      Jim PerkinsAug 28, 2025
Hydraulic fluid leaks on the piston rod are caused by a defective rod seal. Have the trouble repaired by an authorised dealer, specially trained LUKAS staff, or directly by LUKAS.
