Storage and transport
If there is danger of frost, dismantle the device and
accessories, clean and store them in a place pro-
tected from frost.
Storing
– Store the device and any accessories in a dry,
well-ventilated place.
– In case of longer periods without operation, pro-
tect the device and its accessories against soiling
and corrosion.
Transport
– Use the original packaging to ship whenever pos-
sible.
Malfunctions and troubleshooting
In the event of a malfunction…
Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily remedy most of these yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting the ven-
dor. You will save yourself a lot of trouble and possibly
money too.
If you can’t fix the fault yourself, contact your nearest
vendor. Please be aware that any improper repairs
will also invalidate the warranty and additional costs
may be incurred.

Removing the battery
NOTICE! Danger of damage to the
device! Frost will damage the device and
accessories, since they always contain
water!
DANGER! Danger of physical injury and
death! Improperly conducted repairs may
prevent your appliance from working safely.
Such repairs will endanger you and your sur-
roundings.
Fault/malfunction Remedy
Manual function [ON]: In the [ON] position, the pump can remain activated and the wa-
ter flow is normal
[OFF]: In the [OFF] position, the pump remain closed and the water
flow is closed
Timing error The pump shuts down within ±5 minutes of the running (watering) time

Product not working programs interval time should greater than running time
When you use it for the first time, you need to press and hold the man-
ual button for more than 5 seconds. After the indicator light flashes, it
means that the whole machine has started to enter the working mode
Dripper can’t effluent Check the product working conditions and whether it shows low voltage
(when the battery voltage is low, the pump is turned off, and the low
voltage indicator flashes continuously)

Low flow Pump suction height 2 m (the lowest suction water level to the vertical
height of the pump); pump lift height 2 m (the height difference from
the pump to the final water outlet)
Adjust the tightness of the dripper
Clean the dripper
Low voltage Charging: Charge via USB port under 5 V voltage, the charging indica-
tor will be on, and the indicator will be off when fully charged.
Note: The battery is not replaceable.
