Remove protective plastic film from lamp base and clean surface for stability.
Install the power cord to the rear of the lamp and plug into a wall outlet.
Turn on the lamp by touching the power button and cycle through brightness levels.
The light head rotates horizontally; do not force it upwards or downwards.
Unplug devices once their batteries are full when using the lamp for charging.
The external power supply cable is not replaceable; damaged units require full replacement.
Use only indoors, switch off before disconnecting power, and avoid direct LED viewing.
