Repacking For Shipment
If the modem needs to be shipped by commercial
transportation for service or repair, the sender must
request a Return Material Authorization number
( RMA ) from Luxcom Technologies Inc. Before
returning the item, paperwork indicating the name,
department, company and telephone number of the
sender, model and serial number of the product
and a brief description of the problem must be
enclosed.
