The T8 LED tube intended to retrofit surface mount listed fluorescent luminaires that use maximum two straight tubular lamps without a
diffuser with 9 cm minimum lamp to lamp spacing. The product is intended to be used in dry and damp locations only.

before installation.
WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring
and components.
WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation.

WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shwon in the photographs and/or
drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
WARNING - To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not exposte wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an
enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
RETROFIT FLUORESCENT LUMINAIRE WITH BALLAST:
STEP 1. SHUT OFF POWER BEFORE WORK.
STEP 2. Remove existing fluorescent tube(s), open the ballast cover
STEP 3. Disconnect luminaire supply wirings L and N to branch circuit shown in Figure 1.
STEP 4. Original circuit as shown in Figure 2, cut lampholder leads “1” and “2” as shown in Figure 3.
NOTE: Ballast must be retained in place.
