Primer Pocket Cleaner Small and
Large
: Quickly removes fouling out of
primer pocket bottoms. Lightly press
case over tool (approx. 2-3 seconds)
until fouling is removed.
The following case neck brushes can
be installed in the six storage stations
located on either side of the unit.

Case Neck Lube Dry (Motor Mica):
Motor Mica is a dry lubricant that be used to ease the pas-
sage of the resizing die’s expander ball. Pour small amount of
Motor Mica supplied in a small plastic vial into round recess
on edge of unit. Once you have used the appropriate brush
to clean your case neck dip the case neck into Motor Mica
and tap off any excess. Note this operation should be done
prior to decapping and sizing.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The Lyman Case Prep Xpress center is designed to provide
years of service with minimal maintenance. The Xpress can be
wiped occasionally with a damp cloth. Do not use any harsh
cleaning products or solvents on unit. A removable brass shav-
ing dump pan is included. The build up of brass shavings will
occur around the tools and should be brushed off with the sup-
plied brush.
Once you have verified the contents of the accessory kit you
can now remove the unit from the box. Place your Case Prep
Xpress unit on a smooth flat surface for use.
IMPORTANT
Before using your Lyman Case Prep Xpress read all operating
instructions prior to getting started. This instruction manual
should be kept with your Case Prep Xpress center so that it
may be used for reference in the future. If after reading all user
instructions you still do not understand the unit’s operation

OPERATING THE XPRESS
You may install your case prep tools in any of the 5 different
stations on the unit to meet your specific needs for case prepa-
ration. Case prep tools simply thread into the tool stations on
the top of unit. They will accept any case tools using a 8-32
thread.
