In case of a power failure, foods can
be preserved for a couple of hours
even during summer. It is recom-
mended to reduce the frequency of
opening door and do not put fresh
foods into the freezer.
Please unplug the freezer if left un-
used for a long time or for cleaning.
Keep the door open to avoid odors.
Do not turn upside, horizontally place
or vibrate the refrigerator, the carry-
ing angle should not be greater than
45°.
Secure doors before moving the ap-
pliance.
Troubleshooting
The following issues can be handled by the user. Please call the after-sales
service department if the issue is not solved.
The freezer does
not operate
• Check that the appliance is plugged to power.
• Low voltage.
• Make sure the temperature control knob is in a
working setting.
• Power failure or tripped circuit.
Problem Possible solution
Odor • Food producing strong odor should be tightly
wrapped.
• Rotten food.
• The interior of the appliance needs cleaning.
Long-term opera-
tion of compressor
• It is normal for the freezer to operate for longer
times during summer when the room temperature is
higher.
• Do not add to much food in the freezer at the same
time.
• Do not place warm food inside the freezer. Wait until
food packages are at room temperature.
• Freezer door opened for too long or too frequently.
• Thick frost layer (defrost is needed).
