Additional warnings
1.
This appliance must be earthed! Use only three core
extension cables with the earth wire connected. If an
extension cord is used, make sure the extension cord is
specically designed for outdoor use with earthing terminal
and not lighter than H07RN-F, 3x1.5mm² and max. 75m.
2.
Carry the product by the handle with the motor off. Handling
the product properly reduces the possibility of personal
injury.
3.
If the product starts to vibrate abnormally, check it
immediately. Excessive vibration can cause injury.
4. Always ensure the product is fully assembled before using
it. Never attempt to use an incomplete product or one tted
with an unauthorised modication.
5. Do not overload the product.
6.
Follow the maintenance and repair instructions for this
product. Never carry out any modications to the product.
Information about maintenance and repair is provided in
this user manual.
7. Only use replacement parts and accessories supplied and
recommended by the manufacturer. Using third-party parts
will immediately invalidate the guarantee!
8.
Do not leave the product working unattended and keep it
in a dry place out of children’s reach.
9.
Keep hands and feet away from the cutting means at all
times and especially when switching on the motor.
10.
Do not touch the cutting means before the product is
disconnected from the power supply and the cutting means
have come to a complete stop.
11.
Whilst using the product, ensure the cable does not become
trapped under the wheels or feet.
