ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

UTILITY CART WITH LOCKING LID
Step 1 ATTACHING THE LOCKING TOP ASSEMBLY TO CHROME LEGS
Remove the black plastic corner protectors and dowel pins in the
corners of the top shelf (#1). Slide square tubed legs (#2) through
the top shelf (#1) on one side until top bolt hole on leg aligns with
bolt hole on shelf. Make sure to protect the portion of the cart and
legs touching the ground to prevent scratches.
Step 2 Tools Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench
Place washer (#4) onto round head bolt (#3). Insert bolt assembly
into aligned bolt holes of top shelf (#1) and legs (#2) of front right.
Place washer (#4), then split lock washer (#5) and then hex nut (#6)
onto bolt assembly and tighten but do not torque.
Repeat step 2 for rear right.
Step 3 ATTACHING THE BOTTOM TRAY TO THE CHROME LEGS
Tools Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench
Flip cart on its side with fastened legs down. Remove the black
plastic corner protectors and dowel pins in the corners of the bottom
shelf (#7). Slide bottom shelf (#7) onto the legs (#2) until the
bottom bolt hole aligns. Place washer (#4) onto round head bolt (#3).
Insert bolt assembly into aligned bolt holes of bottom shelf (#7) and
legs (#2) of front left. Place washer (#4), then split lock washer (#5)
and then hex nut (#6) onto bolt assembly and tighten but do not torque.
Repeat step for rear left.
