How well electrically heated gloves work depends to a great extent on the glove’s
fit and the condition of the electrical component parts.
Damaged heating elements:
Damaged heating elements may heat up only sporadically or not at all.
- Do not pull the fingers roughly as this will damage the heating element.
- Do not twist the gloves
If the heating elements no longer work correctly, please contact your dealer
for assistance.
Do not try to repair your electrically heated gloves yourself. This would
invalidate the guarantee and may result in high temperatures, which can
cause burns.
Damaged temperature regulator:
- A damaged temperature regulator may heat up only sporadically or not at all.
- Check whether the temperature regulator is damaged.
- If the temperature regulator does not work correctly, please contact your dealer
for assistance.
- Be careful with the batteries. If you see any damage, stop using the battery
immediately and do not charge it anymore.
- Should the battery leak ensure that it does not come into contact with the skin.
If this does happen, rinse the skin immediately with water. In the event of serious
irritation please consult your GP.
- Do not shorten the cables.
- Batteries are chemical waste. Take them to recycling points intended for this
purpose. Never throw a battery into a fire.
- Excessive and protracted use can lead to burns.
