  If the MAD DOG Mouse cursor freezes or doesn't move, it might be due to a dirty optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse. Try cleaning the underside of the mouse. Alternatively, the surface you're using the mouse on could be affecting the sensor. Using a mouse pad is recommended.

  If your MAD DOG Mouse isn't starting, ensure the plug is correctly connected to the computer. Also, give the computer time to install the device driver after connecting the cable plug to the USB connector.
