  If the green power light on your Magen eco-Energy Swimming Pool Filter is off, indicating no power, first, ensure the system is turned on by setting the knob to the desired position. If the issue persists, check the main fuse located at the bottom of the control box and replace it if necessary with a 6.3 Amps 250VAC 6x32mm slow blow fuse. Also, verify the breaker leading to the pool control hasn't tripped. Inspect the power wires for any cuts, disconnections, or incorrect wiring. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may indicate a malfunction in the power pack, and you should call the warranty hotline.

  If the chlorine level is low or absent in your Magen eco-Energy Swimming Pool Filter, start by ensuring the system is turned on to the desired setting. If it is on, check that the control knob isn't set too low for your pool's chlorination demand; turn it higher (clockwise) and/or increase pump operation time. Verify the salinity level and add salt if it's low. Ensure the pump runs for at least 8 hours daily. Check and adjust the stabilizer (Cyanuric Acid) to be between 40-80 ppm, and balance other chemicals as needed.
