Problem Possible Causes Solutions
The pilot light won’t ignite.
The gas is not open. Check the main/single gas valve.
There is air in the pipeline. Open the pilot light valve, ignite it every 15 seconds.
The pilot light valve is not open. Open/adjust the pilot light valve.
Burners won’t ignite.
The gas is not open. Check the main/single gas valve.
There is air in the pipeline. Open the pilot light valve, ignite it every 15 seconds.
Pilot light is not ignited.
Close the units with gas to ventilate for 5 minutes.
Then open the gas and ignite the pilot light.
Single burner won’t ignite.
The controller is not open.
Turn the control valve to the “On” position. Set it
according to requirement after ignition.
There is water in the burner. Take out the burner and dry it thoroughly.
The gas control valve, burner or other
internal parts are defective.
Call a qualified technician to repair.
Temperature of the burner
is not high enough
The baffle or nozzle is incorrectly
adjusted.
Contact a qualified technician.
