TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Remedy
Water leaking from funnel or top of
carafe
The carafe is not positioned correctly
Make sure top of carafe lines up with
opening in the bottom of the funnel
Coffee drips too slow or overflows
from the funnel
Coffee is ground too finely Use coarser ground coffee
Nylon filter is dirty Clean the nylon filter with clean water
Residue in the bottom of the carafe
Coffee is ground too finely Use coarser ground coffee
Nylon filter is dirty Clean the nylon filter with clean water.
Coffee maker not making coffee
Heater may overheat, causing unit to
shut down
Try again after a few minutes. If it still
doesn’t work, contact customer service
Not enough water Add water to water tank.
