the warrantyperiod. Partsandlaborexpensesarecoveredonthis unit for a period of oneyearfrom the dateof purchase.A
copyOfthe datedsalesreceipt/invoice isrequiredto receivewarrantyservice,replacementor refund.
Thiswarrantycoversappliancesin usewithin thecontiguousUnitedStates,Alaska,HawaiiandPuertoRico.Thiswarrantydoesnot
coverthefollowing:
Damagesdue to shippingdamageor improper installation.
Damagesdue to misuseor abuse.
Content lossesdue to failure of the unit.
Repairsperformedbyunauthorizedserviceagents.
Servicecallsthat do not involvedefects in materialandworkmanshipsuchasinstructionsonproper useof the
productor improperinstallation.
Replacementor resettingOfhousefusesor circuitbreakers.
Failureof this product if usedfor other purposesthan its intendedpurpose.
Disposalcostsfor any failed unit not returnedto our factory.
Anydelivery/installationcostsincurredastheresultof aunitthatfailsto performasspecified.
Expensesfor travel andtransportationfor productserviceif your applianceislocatedin aremoteareawhere
serviceby anauthorizedservicetechnicianis not available.
Theremovalandreinstallationof yourapplianceif it isinstalledinaninaccessiblelocationor isnotinstalledin
accordancewith publishedinstallationinstructions.
Refundsfor nonrepairableproductsarelimited to the price paidfor the unit per the salesreceipt.
Thiswarrantyisnontransferable.Thiswarrantyappliesonlyto theoriginalpurchaseranddoesnot extendto any
subsequentowner(s).
