Display shows “noPr”
Working pressure was not
reached during the preheating
stage�
If steam is leaking from the lid, see problem 3, 4, 5, and 6� If
steam is not leaking from the lid and you are cooking frozen
food, run the current program again�
Display shows “Ovht”
Overheating was sensed in the
inner pot�
Cancel the current program and see if the food at the bottom
of the pot is burned�
Display is blank after
the cooker is plugged
in�
No power connection or bad
power source�
Examine the power cord to make sure the cord isn’t damaged�
Check the outlet to make sure it is active�
Multicooker electrical fuse is
blown
Contact customer service�
Rice is only half cooked
or is too hard�
Not enough water added� Add more water according to the proper rice to water ratio�
Lid opened early Once cooking is finished leave the lid on for 5 minutes�
Rice is too soft� Too much water added� Adjust rice to water ratio according to rice directions�
Sporadic beeping when
the multicooker is
cooking�
Multicooker is overheating
and has reduced the heating
temperature� It may not reach
the cooking pressure needed�
Starch or other food has accumulated at the bottom of the
inner pot and have clogged heat from dispersing�
Occasional ticking
sound�
The heating element turning
on and off
This is normal�
Bottom of the inner pot on the
outside is wet�
Make sure the inner pot is dry before cooking�
