If the MAGIC VAC[®] bag isn't sealing correctly, try turning the Sealing Time knob (5) clockwise to increase the sealing time. If the Sealing Bar overheats and melts the bag, raise the lid and let the Sealing Bar cool down. Also, the MAGIC VAC[®] might turn off automatically if it overheats, so let it cool for 15 minutes before trying again.

If your MAGIC VAC[®] bag isn't maintaining its vacuum after sealing, it might be due to leaks caused by creases, crumbs, grease, or liquids along the seam. Reopen the bag, clean the upper inside part, and remove any foreign material from the Sealing Bar before resealing. Also, check the bag for holes that may be causing air to leak in, and use paper napkins to protect any sharp edges on the contents of the bag.

If your MAGIC VAC[®] isn't creating a complete vacuum in the bags, the Sealing Time knob (5) might be set too low. Position it between "5" and "7" and try a second sealing operation. Also, it might be necessary to raise the Vacuum Level (2) by turning the Vacuum Knob (2) clockwise. Ensure the open end of the bag is completely inside the Vacuum Chamber, and that the Sealing Bar, Sealing Gaskets, and Airtight Gaskets are free of impurities and properly placed.

If your MAGIC VAC[®] bag doesn't stay vacuum-sealed, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check the bag for any holes by sealing it with air, putting it underwater, and applying pressure. If bubbles appear, there's a leak, and you should reseal or use a new bag. Also, ensure the Sealing Time knob (5) is set between "5" and "7".

If your MAGIC VAC[®] isn't working, start by ensuring the ON(I)/OFF(0) switch (8) is properly pressed and the green light is on. Also, make sure it’s correctly plugged into a working electrical socket. If it still doesn’t work, the appliance may have overheated; allow it to cool down for 15 minutes before trying again. If your MAGIC VAC[®] isn't creating a vacuum in the containers, make sure to connect the container lid (or the Cap Attachment if needed) to the appliance's Air Inlet using the Connection Hose. Leave at least 3 cm of space between the contents and the top of the container. If you're vacuum-packing liquids, chill them in the refrigerator first. You may also need to increase the Vacuum Level (2) by turning the Vacuum knob (2) clockwise. Check that the container rim and lid are undamaged and clean, and ensure the gasket of the container cap is properly placed and undamaged.
