      If you are experiencing trouble in welding operations with your MAGNAWELD Welding System, several factors could be the cause. First, the contact tip size might be incorrect or worn out, in which case you should replace it. Another potential issue is insufficient pressure on the rolls; adjust the pressure as explained in Section 3.5. Also, check if the CO heater fuse (F3) has blown and replace it if necessary. Finally, ensure that the shielding gas flow is appropriate. Check the gas and its adjustment, and if you cannot adjust the gas, contact an authorized service.
