If the DTC code is known, then go to the Index of DTC code, and click on the DTC. The codes are
hyperlinked and the respective page containing the trouble shooting procedure for that DTC will
be displayed.
The following is the structure of the MBFM Diagnostic Manual –
• Brief description about the sensor/Actuator and its functions
• Possible defect codes related to that sensor/actuator
• Normal/Abnormal operating conditions of the sensor/actuator, possible causes and
vehicle/engine reactions
• Related circuit diagram, connectors and wiring plans
• Trouble shooting process
The diagnostic manual should always be used along with the vehicle’s wiring manual -
(MAN-
00067).
