Park lamp relay output

Description
For vehicle with RLS sensor (and switch is in ON position) then the inputs required to turn
the park lamp relay output ON from the MBFM are:
Either the Park lamp switch is ON or Head lights low beam is turned ON due to Auto light
(for vehicles with Auto head light feature and the auto head lamp switched ON)

The MBFM recognizes if the output to the relay is either short to Ground or Short to
battery and will register them as error.
