CHECK THE PAB LINES FOR OPEN
CIRCUIT

Turn the ignition key to OFF position.
Remove the Airbag simulator from PAB harness connector.
Disconnect Airbag Module connector.
Measure the resistance between:
(+) Red Probe of Multimeter
PAB connector, harness side
(-) Black Probe of Multimeter
PAB connector, harness side
Pin 2 Pin 1
Is the resistance less than 1 ohm?
YES
An intermittent fault may be present in the wiring
harness. Visually check for chaffed wires or other
physical damage to the harness. If no fault is found
in the circuit, suspect the following component(s):
a) PAB connector
b) Airbag module connector
c) PAB assembly
d) Airbag module.
NO
Replace the CCB wiring harness.
